A fresh image library for City Cruises spanning four California ports: San Diego, Newport Beach, San Francisco, and Sacramento. From golden-hour dinners to breezy afternoon deck views and even a moody stopover at Alcatraz Island, we set out to capture the full range of moments guests might experience on board.

The client tapped into their own extended crew network, bringing in real families and friends to stand in as talent. I partnered on set with a DP capturing motion content alongside the stills. With a nimble footprint and a flexible approach, we made the most of shifting light, tight decks, and unpredictable weather. It was a great reminder that strong visual storytelling doesn’t always require a massive production — just the right timing, great collaborators, and a clear creative goal.
