I moved to this Mojave Desert community from Los Angeles at the beginning of Covid. I found an old cabin on a few acres of wide open mesa. I also discovered a beautifully eccentric, tight–knit community—artists, musicians, writers, and other daring souls, walking to their own beat, making a life in the desert, making good trouble.
