Motivated by her own life challenges, Delissa Chase creates a sanctuary in the Mojave Desert for abused horses, as well as a safe haven for local Marines and others in the community dealing with PTSD and mental health struggles.

The film is an official selection of the 2025 Palm Springs ShortsFest and won top honors at the 2024 Yucca Valley Film Festival.

This personal project was filmed in my local community of Joshua Tree, CA.
