Outstanding in the Field is a roving outdoor dinner series that sets its long table in unique locations worldwide, sourcing each meal locally. For this doc, we travel to historic Bisbee, Arizona, where the table is set on the edge of an old mine. We hear from the local artisan who crafted the dinnerware about how the landscape influences his work. Production combines interviews, multi-cam coverage, and drone work.
